Chelsea new acquisition Alexandre Pato has described the reaction to his arrival at Chelsea as "special".

 The 26-year-old completed a switch to Stamford Bridge on Friday, where he will remain on loan from Corinthians for the rest of the season.

 The Brazilian had been linked to Liverpool and Arsenal, but he opted for Chelsea and has already received a warm welcome from the supporters.

 "When I go to my social media I saw the fans for Chelsea - 'welcome [to] Chelsea,' 'come to Chelsea.' This for me is special," Pato told ChelseaTV.


"I am here just to make my dream, just to play. [To] put the shirt [on] of Chelsea is the best."

 Pato could make his debut in tonight's match against Watford at Vicarage Road.
